Godo Shusei Corporation, Taisetsu no Kura, Special Junmai Souvenir sake from the annual Snow Miku expedition All rice produced in Hokkaido, variety unknown. Ushiku City, where I live, has a close relationship with Godo Shuzo, and Asahikawa City in Hokkaido, where Taisetsu no Kura is located, is also deeply related to the founding of Godo Shuzo. I am ashamed that I thought it was just a big company that came in on its own and called itself a local sake company!
