Wakanami Sparkling has been on my mind lately.
It's my first Wakanami.
This is the first Wakanami Sparkling I've had in a while, and it's been a while since I've had a solid sparkling.
I think the last time I had it was about a year ago when I drank the NO.6 Xmas type at the store.
When I opened the bottle, it seemed to overflow vigorously.
It took me a few minutes to open the bottle by twisting the cap slowly and then putting it back on, twisting it and putting it back on, and so on.
When I took a sip, the sourness spread quickly in my mouth, and then it tightened up, and I could feel a hint of sweetness in it.
It's the perfect aperitif for a toast...
