Wakanami Sparkling has been on my mind lately.
It's my first Wakanami.
This is the first Wakanami Sparkling I've had in a while, and it's been a while since I've had a solid sparkling.
I think the last time I had it was about a year ago when I drank the NO.6 Xmas type at the store.
When I opened the bottle, it seemed to overflow vigorously.
It took me a few minutes to open the bottle by twisting the cap slowly and then putting it back on, twisting it and putting it back on, and so on.
When I took a sip, the sourness spread quickly in my mouth, and then it tightened up, and I could feel a hint of sweetness in it.
It's the perfect aperitif for a toast...

First of all, I took 5 minutes to open the bottle and opened it slowly so that it wouldn't blow over. When I poured it into the glass, it looked like a Calpis soda because of the bubbles and the thin, white, cloudy appearance. There is no aroma, and when you put it in your mouth, you get a swooshing sensation and almost no aroma or sweetness. It's skippy and delicious.

We started our New Year's Eve home drinking with Wakanami Sparkling.
It is lightly muddled and easy to drink at 13 degrees.
It has a refreshing aroma of citrus and a light cloudy swoosh.
Of course it's delicious!
Wakaha has a lot of other delicious sakes from the country.
The Yamada Nishiki Junmai Daiginjo is also recommended.

This sparkling sake is made with Fukuoka's sake rice, "Juuhinmu" and Fukuoka Dream Yeast No.2, and is second-fermented in the bottle.
It has a delicate sweet and sour taste with a refreshing aroma and silky mouthfeel.

It was hot and I couldn't resist drinking something crisp and refreshing.

This is a fizzy sake made with 100% Juhonmashi rice from Fukuoka Prefecture. It was fun to open the bottle, taking care not to let the bubbles blow out, while slowly releasing the gas. It tasted smooth and easy to drink. Delicious! 13% and
