Chiyonokame is a kind of sake.
As a regular sake, it is delicious.
As a daily sake, it is good for me. Today, I enjoyed it with cod's milt in a pot.
Again, a certain sake mess.
It begins from cold and is room temperature.
The smell which passes through the nose gradually is good.
The taste is perfect.

Sweet~! Umenishiki was sweet too, but sweet! But it's good as a food sake. It helps to shed the strong taste.

I bought a bottle of Koshihikari sake at the end of the year and realized it was still in the fridge, so I opened it in a hurry 😅💦.
The aroma is subdued, but the flavor of the rice and the gentle sweetness can be felt clearly in this sake!
I'm not sure what to make of it, but I'm sure it's a good idea.
