Ehime Sake Drinking Comparison. Today, the first drink is from a sake brewery in Nanyo, Uchiko Town, Kita County. The color of the sake is a moderate golden yellow. It does not have much of an upfront aroma, but from the first taste, you can feel the rounded and mellow flavor of the rice, which is a characteristic of hiyaoroshi sake. The taste is clean and refreshing for a sake from Nanyo. The fruity taste is felt down the throat, and ultimately the arrival of autumn can be felt through the sake.
