Sake-no-wa says the brewery is Kameoka Shuzo, but it seems to be Chiyonokame Shuzo now. The rice is Matsuyama Mitsui. The yeast is Matsuyama Mitsui. Slightly sweet and refreshing, but with a delicious rice flavor. It has a slightly peculiar and peculiar flavor.
The peculiar peculiar flavor is like an off-flavor sometimes found in light blue bottles of sake. I've had this flavor at Yamori in the past, and several other times...
I think it got a little better after I transferred the bottles.
I bought the rest of the sake that was sold at the Hanshin Department Store Nishinomiya's Nama Sake Fair around June because they were still selling it, but I wonder if I made a mistake.
Kaygetsu came to the tasting and sale, but they don't come to Umeda very often, but they come to Nishinomiya and Amagasaki a lot 🤔.
Hi bouken 😃
The possibility of off-flavors due to light blue bottles 🤔 interesting. I think light blue bottles are often found in summer liquors, so it will be difficult to verify this 😅I'll keep it in mind if I have a chance to encounter it in the future!
Good evening, bouken-san. ⭐︎
I also go to Amagasaki Hanshin every once in a while, so I was wondering if you were coming to Kaygetsu again, but I guess you have opened many stores 💦.
Good evening Mr. Aladdin 😃
This was a hot topic on SNS a few years ago and there were some breweries that argued against it and there was a heated debate.
In fact, there were a few times when I tasted something that I didn't like, so I think there is some deterioration 🤔.
A few to a few dozen of all lots? Is it rare for such an item to occur in a few? I think so. If all of them were deteriorated, I think it would cause more fuss 😅...
Good evening, Mr. Yoohee 😃
Even when we don't have tasting events, Nishinomiya and Amagasaki have almost all the Kaygetsu 🤔I put it off because I think I can buy it anytime... 💦.
Sorry for the multiple comments 🙇.
I didn't know about the OF problem with the light blue bottles, so I'm late to the party, but it was a good learning experience for me! It seems to be caused by the copper used to color the light blue bottles, so it sounds like it could be an individual bottle or some defect in the cleaning process after manufacturing 🤔.
The first time I tried Ehime sake, I was very surprised,
My first Ehime sake.
It is a ginjo-shu, but it is very drinkable, has a nice sharpness, and goes well with summer sake.
The first mouthful is a punchy one, but it mellows out after that! The first mouthful is a punch, but it mellows out after that.
It does not lose to strong flavors.
What a surprise, it is a sake made from Koshihikari rice 🌾.
The taste of my hometown, Niigata...
I wouldn't have recognized it if you hadn't told me...
It was clean and slightly dry ⚡.
I felt a slight sweetness after 🙆
Enjoyed Ehime's sake after a long time 🎵
Ehime Sake Drinking Comparison. Today, the first drink is from a sake brewery in Nanyo, Uchiko Town, Kita County. The color of the sake is a moderate golden yellow. It does not have much of an upfront aroma, but from the first taste, you can feel the rounded and mellow flavor of the rice, which is a characteristic of hiyaoroshi sake. The taste is clean and refreshing for a sake from Nanyo. The fruity taste is felt down the throat, and ultimately the arrival of autumn can be felt through the sake.
