It's been a while since I've had sake. I don't often have a chance to drink Ehime sake, but I remembered this bottle that my aunt gave me and opened the bottle. It is a light cloudy, shwashy sake. It is sweet and slightly bitter. Delicious. I can only thank my aunt for this.

This was the most "interesting" sake I drank today. Most of the time, I consider a sake to be good if it tastes good immediately after drinking it, but when I first put this in the bottle, I thought it was water, and there was nothing to catch my attention. I was impressed by the way it stimulated my taste buds. Inducted into the Hall of Fame
