It was labeled "Nakaguchi"... I also bought it because it was my first time to buy a sake rice called "Dewanosato".
Pale yellow in color, the aroma is packed with flowers, so I'm sorry, but I can't really tell. But the first sip was very fresh and the sweetness spread out but disappeared without any aftertaste.
