I wandered off to buy some more today and met Mahu. It was my first time.
It was labeled "Nakaguchi"... I also bought it because it was my first time to buy a sake rice called "Dewanosato".
Pale yellow in color, the aroma is packed with flowers, so I'm sorry, but I can't really tell. But the first sip was very fresh and the sweetness spread out but disappeared without any aftertaste. The second sip is not so sweet and refreshing. Delicious.
