とーちゃんThe 1st Fukiage Sake Brewery Festival
Village of Dewa うやI wandered off to buy some more today and met Mahu. It was my first time.
It was labeled "Nakaguchi"... I also bought it because it was my first time to buy a sake rice called "Dewanosato".
Pale yellow in color, the aroma is packed with flowers, so I'm sorry, but I can't really tell. But the first sip was very fresh and the sweetness spread out but disappeared without any aftertaste. The second sip is not so sweet and refreshing. Delicious. sakepowerIt's for the record of my drinking 🍶📸😋.
Junmai Sake Week 2024 in Nagoya🍶👍🏻 おとうShinshu Nakadori Junmai Ginjo Ikuhashiro Nama-zake
Rice:Dewanosato produced in Yamagata
Rice polishing ratio: 60
Alcohol content: 16%.
Sake meter: -0.8
Acidity: 1.9
Amino acidity: 0.8
Yeast used: MK1 やす☆First Shinshu. It has a firmness of Yamahai and a sharpness with acidity. 勉強中I opened a bottle of this one that I brought back from a recent business trip to Mie Prefecture💁 It seems that iku-hashiro = Yamahai. The aroma is like white wine. ☺️ It is not sweet, but has acidity and sharpness, so it is a food sake. I will probably forget what it tastes like, but I will remember that I bought it as a souvenir 😄. ジェイ&ノビィGood morning, studying 😃.
It's nice to buy a Sandesi as a souvenir 🤗Great to drink with the memories 👍But you're right, you'll forget the taste 😆. 勉強中Good morning Jay & Nobby, thank you for your comment 😭 I will forget the purpose of my trip and the purpose of my trip, but the memory of my purchase at that store will remain lol. tomoShinshu Ikuyo Junmai Ginjo 980 yen (2 gou)
My junior colleague and I went to a restaurant where we could drink sake for dinner on a business trip!
The name of this sake is "Maho" and it was served at the Ise-Shima Summit. The aroma is a stable and good-looking ginjo aroma, and the initial attack is sweet and tasty, followed by a gentle spiciness, and then the sake is cut off. It is a delicious sake with no personality and anyone can drink it. FジータI can feel the bitterness prior and then the sweetness after that. うるっちょLabel osale purchase w
Purchased at the same liquor store as the previous "Kawakame
I learned from trivia that there is a hidden word "maho" in the label pattern.
I was told that there is a hidden word "maho" on the label.
The aroma is sweet and refreshing, like cider.
Refreshing sweetness just like the image of the aroma
And the delicious taste of rice
The lingering sweetness and umami combine beautifully.
One of the most refreshing bottles in my history! RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
