Abeno Harukas Kintetsu Main Store Sake Expo 2025 SAKE EXPO9 I had never tasted Miyogiku before, so I tasted it. Many of them are made using mizu-hashiroshi, and my expectations for them were high. Fat Yamato Junmai This is the standard sake at the brewery. The reading is "Yamato". It has a little acidity typical of junmai sake, mild umami and sweetness, and a clean aftertaste. ◯Junmai 70 Mizumoto brewed with Nara Uruwashi yeast It is not so much like mizumoto, and has little acidity. It was a bit, hmmm? I thought so. Junmai Ginjyo, mizumoto brewed with Yamanokami yeast, unfiltered, raw sake It has a rich, slightly acidic taste that I really like. I was very much tempted to buy it, but the refrigerator situation forced me to pass on it. Junmai Ginjo Unfiltered Nama-shu Nakadori Gohyakumangoku It has a fresh, sweet and delicious taste on the palate with a refreshing sour aftertaste. ◯Kijoshu MIYOKIKU LIGHT Jungin-brewed The sweetness is mellow and light, like a wine.
