Sake Expo 2025 SAKE EXPO ⑨ Miyogiku, a brewery in the Kansai region but rarely had a chance to drink it. I drank Junmai Yamato What do you recommend? When I asked him, he said this is the first one. It seems to be a basic sake of the brewery. I imagined it to be a classic sake, but it is not so, and easy to drink. Relatively sweet Gohyakumangoku Junmai-Ginjo Nakadori Unfiltered Nama-Shu Gohyakumangoku Much sweeter and tastier than I imagined. Would have bought it if I had visited first 🤔. MIYORIKIKIKU Mizumoto Brewed with Nara Uruhashi Yeast I expected 🫶 since it's mizu-hashimoto, but it didn't impress me much... Hakusu Daiginjo It had a gorgeous ginjo aroma and rich taste! MIYOKIKU LIGHT Kijoshu Jungin Brewing It is a kijoshu but a little light. MIYOKIKU STRONG Kijoshu Jungin-brewed Alcohol 17%. I've had this one in the past. I don't know if this time it was a draft or not, but it tasted just as sweet and rich as the last time. They asked me which one was my favorite, the kijoshu or the kijoshu. I said STRONG 😁.

Good evening, bouken-san🌛 Did you not have any unfiltered, raw sake with a water yeast and a yamanokami yeast? I thought you would definitely like it a lot 🤔 I forgot to drink my kijoshu strong💦.

Good evening, Mr. Nemuchi. I saw your post, but I think they were sold out because I didn't see any fresh water yeast 🤔I think you would probably like Strong because it is dark but sweet 😁.
