Yoshino Cedar Barrel Sake" by Choryu Shuzo
Choryu" of Choryu Shuzo is read as "Choryo".
I forgot to take a picture of the empty bottle after I finished drinking it.
The aroma of cedar can be felt slightly. It has a soft acidity and is gentle and pleasant to drink. When drunk hot, it has a nice sweetness to it.
It is a sake that can be drunk in a relaxed manner.
I ordered the other series before and enjoyed it.
It has a nice aroma of oak and a strong alcohol taste.
It is not very sweet, but the umami flavor comes through later.
A little sweetness at the end.
The finish is smooth.
It is delicious.
I like it a lot.
Fruity aroma with classic sake aroma and just a hint of sourness.
Slightly pineapple on the palate. Slightly woody flavor.
The light taste is followed slowly by the thickness of the rice flavor.
Then, you realize that it is a dry sake with a sharp alcohol taste.
It is a classical and delicious sake.
Good.

This time "Yoshino Cedar Barrel Sake" is a regular sake.
I felt that the previous specs of Yamahai Junmai had more aroma. I am in the mood 🤣.
Futaho" is a long aged sake and has a great sense of maturity.
Junmai Ginjo Kai" was described as having a fruity aroma like melon, but I didn't understand 😅.
The nose has a pleasant degree of cedar barrel aroma. The mouthfeel is soft, with a slightly smoky nuance. It is round and round, with a richness typical of Yamahai and a fullness typical of Omachi, and the umami of the rice comes through in the cedar aroma.
