ペンギンブルーI ordered the other series before and enjoyed it. It has a nice aroma of oak and a strong alcohol taste. It is not very sweet, but the umami flavor comes through later. A little sweetness at the end. The finish is smooth. It is delicious. I like it a lot.

ペンギンブルーFruity aroma with classic sake aroma and just a hint of sourness. Slightly pineapple on the palate. Slightly woody flavor. The light taste is followed slowly by the thickness of the rice flavor. Then, you realize that it is a dry sake with a sharp alcohol taste. It is a classical and delicious sake. Good.

Barrel Sake of Yoshino Cedar" 🔴 "Junmai Ginjo Kai" 🔴 "Junmai Ginjo Kai Junmai Ginjo Kai Futaho Omachi Special Junmai Sake 2014" 🔴 "Junmai Ginjo Kai This time "Yoshino Cedar Barrel Sake" is a regular sake. I felt that the previous specs of Yamahai Junmai had more aroma. I am in the mood 🤣. Futaho" is a long aged sake and has a great sense of maturity. Junmai Ginjo Kai" was described as having a fruity aroma like melon, but I didn't understand 😅.
