Chizu
100% Koshikagura from Oarai, Polishing ratio 55%. Alcohol content 16%, Yeast K701 Locally produced A little yellowish in color, the aroma is subdued and acidic, with a slight woody aroma coming from the nose when you take a sip. This brand is supposed to be brewed by the brewer, not by Mr. Ishikawa, but the flavor seems to have changed from before. The label here is green, and the junmai sake is blue. I miss the time when I talked to a man wearing a brewery's happi at a sake event in Ibaraki and was surprised to see that he was the brewer.

I couldn't finish it when I opened the bottle, so I heated it up and found I liked the flavor better than cold. I should have left more!

The sake is made and labeled in a way that takes advantage of the climate of Oarai, Ibaraki. It is refreshingly dry when served cold. When heated, it becomes more floral and friendly. I'd like to try it with sea bream or flatfish from Oarai.

The label expresses the sea of Oarai. It looks like a rough sea. It has a clear aroma and is soft on the palate. The taste is cool and delicious, and the aftertaste is refreshing.

I drank Hikoichi at a ryokan in Oarai. It was so fruity and sweet, just like white wine☺️💕. It was my favorite sake✨.

I've been curious about Hikoichi from Tsuki-noi Sake Brewery lately. We opened a bottle of Arashiri. It's brewed with Chiyonishiki from Oarai, Ibaraki. It has a fresh aroma and mouthfeel that is typical of unfiltered, unpasteurized sake. The aftertaste disappears quickly, and the lingering taste of umami and acidity is so pleasant that you can't help but continue drinking it. It is a bottle that you can go on drinking without getting tired. It is delicious.

Banana like aroma. The mouthfeel is slightly sweet. After that, the dry taste or the feeling of running spreads to the mouth. There is a hint of bitterness, but the aftertaste is sweet. Tsuki no Ii has a new toji (brewer) this season, and they are making sake under a new system. I can't wait to see how it changes 🤗

Mysterious drink! At first when you smell and drink it, it has a cool and refreshing smell like ramune, like, I mean, the smell is still ramune... even when you roll it around in your mouth, it's still ramune... but when you taste it, it's quite full and rich. Sweet and delicious. We tried sashimi, crab, oyster, hot pot, and squid. Overall, I don't know because I was too excited on the weekend. To be honest, I haven't pulled off a marriage yet since I started the app! why? I want to try it again because it's so strange! The oysters were sweeter, but also a little more oily, so it was a close call. cry

Fresh smell like hackberry and soft semedyne smell. It has a sour and bitter taste and feels spicy. The freshness is not so strong. It is a kind of "Arabashiri" with emphasis on umami. Tsuki-noi has a new toji (brewer) this season, and it will be interesting to see what happens. It will be interesting to see how it turns out.
