The sake is made and labeled in a way that takes advantage of the climate of Oarai, Ibaraki. It is refreshingly dry when served cold. When heated, it becomes more floral and friendly. I'd like to try it with sea bream or flatfish from Oarai.

Rice used is Oarai-grown Chiyonishiki It is more rough than fresh. However, it is not rough at all. It has a refreshing taste, and the umami of the rice spreads slowly. I've had many Tsuki no I's with this kind of atmosphere! I think it will probably become milder and more flavorful with aging, but I like it better as it is because it has its own personality.

Banana like aroma. The mouthfeel is slightly sweet. After that, the dry taste or the feeling of running spreads to the mouth. There is a hint of bitterness, but the aftertaste is sweet. Tsuki no Ii has a new toji (brewer) this season, and they are making sake under a new system. I can't wait to see how it changes 🤗

Tsukii Sake Brewery's "Hikoichi" is a name that has been passed down from generation to generation since Mr. Hikoichi Sakamoto, the first brewer. Successive generations of brewers have developed their own individuality, releasing as "Hiko-ichi" sake that they feel is delicious and that they want to make. This time, Aki-agari is made from "Koshigaraku" grown in the local town of Oarai! Please enjoy the taste that has matured over the summer.

Aroma of rice when the bottle is opened The mouthfeel is rather calm. It is not so dry and refreshing. but the sharpness is not bad. It is good as a food sake. However, the bitterness of the aftertaste is strong.

Ibaraki Sake Hikoichi Arago Unfiltered Nama This sake is made by the Tsuki no I Sake Brewery in Oarai-cho, Ibaraki Prefecture. Recently, Getsui Sake Brewery was featured on NHK (Japan Broadcasting Corporation) and became well known. All the sake rice is made in Oarai. The aroma is only slightly fresh. It is fresh, but has a traditional bitterness and alcohol taste. This is not my favorite sake. I tried heating it up with some freshly bought chirori. The freshness and the alcohol feeling disappeared, and the taste became more rounded. It seems to go well with strong flavored snacks. I was going to drink it at a camping trip with a friend who likes dry sake, but it was postponed. Too bad. Degree of liking 6/10

♪♪♪♪ This is Mr. Tsuki no Ie no Hikoichi kun ← Tsuki no Ie no Hikoichi kun? Well, I'm sorry for every time (_ _*)) I will do it again in the future. I think this is quite good as a "food wine" ← from the top No, seriously, the marriage depends on the pairing! I especially liked the yellowtail (Buri) sashimi! It cuts so much! Fish oil. I'm sure there are other good pairings, but in this case, the yellowtail! Also, I think it would be great with blue cheese! It's seriously delicious! ←I'm going to use my own words to describe this dish. I really don't know where I'm coming from: -----
