Rice used is Yume-Ginko This is my first brewery. No matter how I try, I can't read "Ikujii". It is smooth on the palate and has a crisp, refreshing taste that is typical of summer sake. It's crisp, dry, and good after a bath. There is also a junmai ginjo version, which I would like to try.

Hello, Sana D. I think Ikumichii is very rare outside of Aichi Prefecture. It is not glamorous, but I think it is a calm and beautiful sake that is typical of the local area (^_^).

100% "Wakamizu" sake rice from Aichi Prefecture Sake that has been taken from the drop and bottled by hand. It was said to contain gas, but it was not so difficult to open the bottle. I remember drinking it before... Aside from that, this is a pretty beautiful drink 🍶✨✨✨✨. Chita's rice wakamizu is used 🌾. Chita is a district that had a hard time finding water, but it must have been hard work to make such a delicious sake! I also like the slight honey taste 🐝.

I like it because of its refreshing and Junmai-like taste. We enjoyed it with grilled yellowtail with teriyaki sauce.

Discover what you like❗️ Polished 70%, old style label, junmai, I thought this would be great and tried it and it was a winner❗️. Aged honey and clear taste, this clarity with this polish is wonderful ❗️. The most delicious sake I've come across in a long time 🍶✨✨.

The sake I received as a 60th birthday gift. It is a local sake of my favorite brand. It has a pineapple aroma that is typical of ginjo. It is a good sake with a clear taste and a good flavor.

The flavor of the rice comes before the scent of the ginjo. It was dry, but the rice flavor came afterwards. We rescued it from the special wagon at the supermarket. It was satisfactory.
