Hello, Sana D. I think Ikumichii is very rare outside of Aichi Prefecture. It is not glamorous, but I think it is a calm and beautiful sake that is typical of the local area (^_^).

The sake I received as a 60th birthday gift.
It is a local sake of my favorite brand.
It has a pineapple aroma that is typical of ginjo.
It is a good sake with a clear taste and a good flavor.
The flavor of the rice comes before the scent of the ginjo.
It was dry, but the rice flavor came afterwards.
We rescued it from the special wagon at the supermarket.
It was satisfactory.
