Long time no see expedition. I bought a cup of Junmai sake from Kochira to accompany me on my trip. I love the peaceful feeling of opening the lid of a cup of sake. The taste is stable, with a strong acidity and umami flavor. I enjoyed it chilled, but I have the impression that it could also be enjoyed heated. I didn't know that Kiuchi Shuzo, the brewer of Kikumori, also brews Hitachino Nest beer. Both are delicious. ❗️
