The aroma is....
It is a bit like green apple, but to be honest, it is not as good as I expected.
On the palate
Ah, it might be apple if you ask me.
I can feel the sweetness and tartness of the apple-like taste in its own way.
I guess I expected too much, set the bar too high...
But if you try it without any preconceived notions, you might feel the green apple taste instead...
I'm not saying that I have to have a lot of experience, but I should try not to be prejudiced 😅...
P.S.
5th day after opening the bottle.
I made a small mistake and let it get lukewarm 💦.
But this turned out to be a good thing!
The sourness and sweetness are now more intense, and the appleiness is more apple-like: ⤴️
I'm convinced it's a green apple 👍.
