We stopped by on our way back from climbing in Shodoshima. The cobbled bread from the bakery next door is delicious! After some hesitation, we chose Junmai. Bright topaz color Mild iodine aroma. A taste of honey and a refreshing aroma of citrus Tartness of pineapple. Rice flavor in the aftertaste Aroma ★★⭐︎⭐︎⭐︎ Taste ★★⭐︎⭐︎ Sweetness ★★⭐︎⭐︎ Sourness ★★⭐︎⭐︎⭐︎ Umami ★★⭐︎⭐︎ Lingering ★★⭐︎⭐︎⭐︎

This is the third bottle of sake I ordered from Shodoshima Shuzo. It's getting cooler so I'm having it warmed up😊. lukewarm 😚 It has a slight yellow tinge😲 The first thing that hits you is the spiciness 😝. After that the umami spreads, but the umami is like soy sauce flavored rice crackers 😚 I couldn't tell what it was because it was a rice cracker, so I had to check it again and again. It's a simple taste that you won't get tired of drinking😋.

I was curious about this beautiful gold-colored sake, so I bought it at an antenna shop in Shimbashi. What a mess on the table! Not today, please... It's crisp and spicy and astringent, but there's a gorgeous flavor to the base that's interesting! It's a unique drink. It's a great way to get your mouth watering! I think it goes better with a lightly flavored snack. I chose this saké from among 3 or 4 other sakes available, but I'd like to try a Junmai or Junmai Daiginjo next😌
