I was curious about this beautiful gold-colored sake, so I bought it at an antenna shop in Shimbashi. What a mess on the table! Not today, please...
It's crisp and spicy and astringent, but there's a gorgeous flavor to the base that's interesting! It's a unique drink. It's a great way to get your mouth watering! I think it goes better with a lightly flavored snack.
I chose this saké from among 3 or 4 other sakes available, but I'd like to try a Junmai or Junmai Daiginjo next😌

Light aroma, slightly alcoholic, with a strong sweetness on the palate before bringing out the mushrooms with a slight sourness and a long, bitter finish.

あまり得意ではなかった。飲み口後味ともに。
米かなぁ。。。要研究。

色は黄金色。フルーティな香りから昔ながらの日本酒らしい味わい。後味はスッキリで飲みやすい。やや辛口。

あたしは甘い気がするけど、母は辛いと言う。うまし。小豆島旅行中の宿にて。

微かに黄色味がかった透明。花を思わせるカプロン酸系吟醸香。ややセメダイン臭も。米の旨味のしっかりめの口当たり。控えめな酸味と苦味が続く中程度の余韻。
