I finally got my hands on a bottle of Jikin's unfiltered, unfiltered, unadulterated sake. It was a very tasty sake with just the right amount of umami flavor and good balance on the palate. My family of three drank it so much because it tasted so good, and there was only a little left to drink. Oh no!

Yamamoto Junmai Ginjo Genshu No.6 Yeast This was my first time drinking Yamamoto. This sake has a strong flavor, and because it is made with yeast No. 6, it is a little fruity. It is a little fruity and leaves a delicious taste in the mouth. Today, I was able to enjoy a solid sake. I'm going to work hard tomorrow. 💪

This is the first time I drank the noble sake of Denshu. Valentine's Day version. What is this sake! The aroma was like plum wine, not too sweet, but deep. It's one of the top five for me. Try it once! 👍

My favorite glorious Fuji. Mori no kuma-san ❗️ Unfiltered unpasteurized sake, origarami. A sake for the reconstruction of Kumamoto Castle. The label is cute. It's fruity and fizzy, with a strong acidity and sweetness. It was a sake with a taste that you can enjoy just by drinking it.

Kudokutagami, Junmai Ginjo, Shiboritate, raw. It's a sake that spreads its aroma in your mouth the moment you drink it, and you can enjoy the aftertaste forever. Please give it a try❗️.

This is a sake that I would love to drink on New Year's Day. Among the Hououmida, it is a sake where you can gradually feel the taste of the Ginjo as you drink it. It is also cloudy, so the taste changes. It was delicious. 👍.

I went to buy a fruity and slightly sweet sake. I was recommended YOKOYAMA, a sake from Iki in Nagasaki Prefecture. It was very easy to drink, with a bit of fizz and just the right amount of sweetness. It's a sake that makes me want to buy it again. 👌

My favorite Eikoh Fuji❗️ unfiltered unpasteurized sake. It was the most delicious of them all. At the beginning of the drink, the aroma was fruity and spread out, and the aftertaste was refreshing and easy to drink without lingering. It has a similar mouthfeel to Shichiboshi and doesn't leave any aftertaste, so I thought it would go well as a food sake❗️.

We were recommended a dry sake that goes well with oden. It was a limited edition sake made by our favorite liquor store and Tobiraizumi Shuzo. It was a precious sake that was not available anywhere else. It was such a good sake that we drank half of it. It's also great served hot!

I went to buy some Ryujinmaru, but they didn't have it, but the liquor store owner brought out some Kinosake from the back. He said it was from the same brewery but with a different name, so I bought it right away.
