Tanzawa Mountain's cat and goldfish. The cat on the label and the goldfish on the back of the label are both cute. The label of this brewery may be catchy, but the taste is robust. The aroma is quite mild. The taste is...well, robust and solid. Quite delicious. This is a good junmai sake. A very straightforward sake. Still, the lightness due to the low alcohol content makes it suitable for summer. It is the best.

♥♥♥♥💙 A blend of R1BY.29BY.28BY. What is this balance? I've had Rinpu with warmed sake, not that it's light, but I can drink it at room temperature, cold sake, and drink it with ease. Of course, it can be warmed up as well.
