It is unusual because it is a sake made with malic acid yeast🍎! I bought it at Watahan in Nagano City, as I recall. I believe it was purchased at Watahan in Nagano City.
The aroma is slightly sour and fruity. The taste is sweet and sour with a hint of apple. The aftertaste is very light. It goes off without a hitch, leaving a hint of sourness. I don't like sake with acidity, but this is delicious.
It does not feel like a pure sake, and the alcohol content is 13%, so it is easy to drink.
