Oze snow is still delicious!
As the description says, it starts with an apple aroma, then rice flavor, and even a grape skin taste. You can also taste the nectar of the fruit.
It's great with ice, which eliminates the bitterness at the end.
I opened a bottle of Peach Color Nigori, which I had been reluctant to serve.
The taste has not lost any of its original flavor after six months of aging, and it has become a little more refreshing.
It is still very tasty!

The aroma is fruity, gorgeous and juicy.
The mouthfeel is smooth and fruity sweetness, and as is typical of Omachi, it has a full flavor and richness, with a sharp finish. It is delicious.
The second cup was Ozeyuki, which I have not had for a long time.
It is a modern cup with moderate sweetness and lightness 🍶.
I honestly did not feel the mellow feeling typical of hiyaoroshi.
It was delicious too!

Is this the fourth year in a row? Speaking of hiyaoroshi, it is Ozeyuki😄.
This year's was quite light and too refreshing on the first day, but on the second day, it opened up and became more umami, transforming itself like a different sake 😋.
As for the rest of the fall sake, I'd like to try Akabu, Kangiku, Nabeshima, Kame no Kai, and the like 😍.
