Since it is autumn, I had a hiya-otoshi. The image of hiyaoroshi is firm, but this is Oze. It is a jun-dai, raw stuffed sake that is easy to drink. At the same time, it is balanced so that it does not lack the richness of hiyaoroshi. It is still delicious.
