Oze no Yukidoke Omachi Junmai Daiginjo Namazume
Rating 4.5
This Junmai Daiginjo is made from Omachi Akaban Omachi rice produced in Okayama Prefecture, the home of Omachi.
It has a gorgeous, fruity ginjo aroma typical of Oze no Yukidoke, and a mellow fruitiness that gently expands and spreads on the palate as only Omachi rice can! A gem recognized by wine professionals.
A dessert sake reminiscent of a crown melon. The convergence is slightly spicy and bitter. Also good as a food sake.
When I invited my friends over for a drink at home.
The toast was a rosé-colored sake 🍶♡ brewed with the same red yeast as my favorite Oze Snow Peach Color Nigori.
It is berry sweet and delicious 🍓.
Easy to drink even on a hot day.
It was over in no time at all!
I have had another kind of Oze no Yukidoke, but this is the first Junmai Daiginjo made with Omachi.
The label says it has a gorgeous aroma reminiscent of apples, refreshing acidity, and a full-bodied sweetness. How does it taste?
When I opened the package and brought my nose to the bottle, I could smell a nice aroma!
Aromatic is exactly what it is: ‼️
And then a sip. Ah, it's fruit🍎! It's an apple🍏‼️ There is some acidity, but there is quite a bit of sweetness that lingers in the mouth!
No snacks are needed for this one!
This is a sake to be savored carefully.
It's a Daiginjo sake, after all!
It's a sake to be drunk chilled. ❣️
Then we will have rosenoyukidoke 🍷.
It is a variant of Oze no Yukidoke.
It seems to be brewed with red yeast and has a lovely orangey pink color. The aroma is sour like yogurt. On the palate, there is a mild creamy sweetness that disappears along with a moderate sourness.
Is this sake 👀? It is like a rosé wine, like a cocktail...berry sweetness. As a sweet sake lover, this is 🫶 delicious✨I hope to drink it again next year: ☺️
The liquor store recommended it to me!
It's just the right amount of sweetness, the kind you can't stop...
It's so good I want to drink it again, so I'm leaving it behind and moving on to whiskey!
LOL!

🍶The 🍶fish tasty pure rice is served with octopus in an octopus arabesque sake cup. I didn't know Ozeyuki also had this kind of flavor. I would like to try it with a variety of fish.
