This is the second bottle 🍶 I purchased on a trip to Hida Takayama.
The best way to drink it is to warm it up to lukewarm, but I had it at room temperature first 🍶✨.
It has a nice firm rice flavor and just the right amount of acidity 😊🍶It has a sharp and clean aftertaste that I like 😄🍶.
Today we had a special bento box made by a famous ryotei in Kyoto as a side dish ✨.
It was a collaboration of Hida sake and Kyoto cuisine, but I think sake is the best match for Japanese cuisine 😄✨Next time I would like to try it lukewarm 😉🍶.
The rice flavor is enhanced when served lukewarm, and as recommended, it is very flavorful 🍶😄.

Souvenir #2 from Hida Takayama
This is another sake that I enjoyed drinking at a tavern near the hotel👍.
It has a nice aroma and is easy to drink.

We decided to visit the brewery because it is also close to the hotel 🤣.
Naturally, we tried a lot of different sake and tasted a lot of different things.
I tried a lot of different sake, but for some reason I ended up with this one that I had at an izakaya 👍.
There are many other sakes that I would like to buy, but for some reason I had to stop at two bottles this time 😭.
I would like to visit Takayama just to visit sake breweries when I have a chance 👍

This is limited version of sake brewed by Funasaka Brewery.The surprising point is its alcohol degree:19 degrees.
As I tried this, I sensed the crisp and dry taste.
This could be difficult for meal but should be good after exercise or other physical works.
