To put it simply, it is a perfectly balanced sake.
When it is perfectly balanced, it tastes like water without any acidity or sweetness, yet it is robust.
It's like being thrown a straight 165km/h pitch right into the middle of the strike zone.
It's delicious☺️.
Drink it cold, sip it, oh! It's so good❗️
The slight schwattiness and sourness spreads refreshingly❗️.
The aftertaste is clear and the bitterness lingers for a long time...
It's delicious❗️.
The label of Takaoka Shintaro is also good❗️.
It has a savory aroma of yeast and an aftertaste like after eating French bread. The sweetness and gentle bitterness are characteristic, and there is not much acidity. The slight gassy taste is pleasant. Good taste.

Shintaro Nakaoka, who became a person of no return in Kyoto with Ryoma Sakamoto.
When I saw this name, I remembered Shintaro Nakaoka from the historical drama "Saigou-don".
He was a man who fought on the side of the Choshu clan, but went through this period thinking about Tosa.
This is a beautiful dry sake with a great aroma that can be served cold or hot.
It is a cool sake without much sweetness.

Matsuzamamitsui rice is used as the raw material.
It's crisp and fizzy as only freshly squeezed raw sake can be. It is fizzy, but you can also feel the umami of the rice and it has a long aftertaste.
I have to finish this one! (I just want to drink it because it's delicious.)
88 points. The sake rating is +3, but the acidity is not high, and it is slightly dry. However, it is quite crisp and delicious. I would like to drink it cold.
