I received a bottle of Shintaro from Kochi Prefecture! The label is austere 😏I got it from the hanpukai and it was a good encounter because this is a brand I don't often buy myself 🍶I would give it to someone if I had a "Shintaro" around me 🙆♂️ It tasted and crisp and delicious! Thank you for the food 🙏.
The motif is based on Ryoma Sakamoto's partner, Shintaro Nakaoka🍶.
The label is nice.
I drank it by itself, but it was dry from Kochi, so it was easy to match with meals.
I've never been to Kochi either, so now I want to go there!

The second drink is a sake from Kochi.
It is freshly cut and has a slight fizzy taste.

It is a good sake.
Bikuyo Junmai Shintaro is named after Shintaro Nakaoka, a hero of Tosa at the end of the Edo period along with Ryoma Sakamoto. We dedicate this pure tasting Junmai sake to Shintaro and the sea of his beloved hometown. It is characterized by its mild aroma, light and crisp taste, and pleasant acidity. We recommend drinking it cold for a refreshing drink or at room temperature to fully appreciate its umami.
