Matsuzamamitsui rice is used as the raw material.
It's crisp and fizzy as only freshly squeezed raw sake can be. It is fizzy, but you can also feel the umami of the rice and it has a long aftertaste.
I have to finish this one! (I just want to drink it because it's delicious.)
