At a bar in Shimbashi.
By Kochi, you mean Shintaro Nakaoka.
Junmai sake, but with a melon-like ginjo aroma.
It is light and sweet, but has a slightly bitter taste.
It also has a junmai sake character.
Shintaro Nakaoka is known as a handsome man, and this sake has that image.
The flavor that spreads softly on the palate
The gasiness of the sake makes it crisp and easy to drink.
It is easy to drink.
Alcohol 16%.
Polishing ratio 60
I was curious.
I thought it was something I didn't like, so I ordered it and found that I didn't like the taste.
It has a crispy gourd-like mouthfeel, a greenish smell, and a spicy alcohol taste.
I felt it was a habit.
Bitter taste, citrus acidity.
It goes well with miso cucumber. You can feel the sweetness and umami of rice in contrast with the salty taste of miso.
I thought it is a sake that is enhanced by the entrée.
My first time trying a junmai karakuchi!!! A very slippery and wet/dry sake which is awesome! Dry water. Slick water. Dry slickness. Fun stuff, very drinkable. I want this with everything found in an Izakaya type pub from salty and savory to fried, grilled and greasy.
