The restaurant recommended soda, but I had never had the drink before, so I asked them to serve it as is.
The first aroma was slightly sweet and sour.
When you put it in your mouth, it has a thick sweet sake-like sweetness and a bit of sourness.
It was a little too sweet to drink as a sake.
It would have been better to drink it with soda😅.
The taste was delicious ✨.
The third picture is a drink 😅 is the latest popular Uchu beer 🍺.
Sour ale with 4 kinds of berries🫐 and cherry🍒 smoothie.
It was a bit pricey but quite an interesting beer.
Doburoku from Kurume, Fukuoka
Alcohol: 6 degrees Celsius
Quite viscous and rich in flavor!
It was served with a sprinkling of sansho (Japanese pepper), which was delicious!
I was surprised to know that there is a way to drink sake with sansho directly 🤔.
And you would never guess it was 6 degrees alcohol!
Very fresh as part of the course!
Sweet and sour, with a low alcohol content of 9 degrees, it was quite easy to drink. The atmosphere was strawberry-like, although the color pulled me in.
