The aroma is faintly lactic acidic. I found it sweet and strongly acidic. It has a droll texture and a slight rice graininess. It is sweet and tasty and I would drink as much as I want.

Quite viscous and rich in flavor!
It was served with a sprinkling of sansho (Japanese pepper), which was delicious!
I was surprised to know that there is a way to drink sake with sansho directly 🤔.
And you would never guess it was 6 degrees alcohol!
Very fresh as part of the course!
