It is said to be a limited edition sake that is only available once a year.
After all, it's hyper!
I trust super and hyper (lol).
I felt a strong sweetness.
It is not at all cloying.
It was the most delicious cup with a fruity flavor! ぺっかーるThe restaurant has a wide selection of sake.
I ordered the "Hyakuban Selected Hidden Sake" on the menu.
Then Sharaku Black Label appeared!
It is fruity but mild and light.
It had a delicious lingering taste that lingered in your mouth.

I watched a video of the Mimuro cedar brewery on You Tube.
It is a very fun story.
I watched it for 4 days in a row (lol).
The dry Junmai Mimurosugi was so easy to drink and delicious!
I can't get enough of it! ぺっかーるWhat surprised me was "Tenshi".
It's from Kagoshima Prefecture!
Very tasty!
I am a sake beginner.
I feel like I finally know what I like.
I like fruity sake.
But I wonder if gorgeous sake goes well with food...

It's been 2 months since the tempest.
I had no idea that the world of alcohol was so much fun! ぺっかーるWe had it at an izakaya (Japanese style bar)!
It was a restaurant with a wide variety of sake.
For the first time, I asked, "May I take your picture?" They gladly put a bottle of sake on the table!
They graciously put a bottle of sake on the table! Yay!
The Collage is of course delicious.
The aftertaste is clean.
The spiciness followed after that.
