This is a very recent sake!

Tenmei is a brand often seen at Sakegawa.
This is the sake I wanted to drink.
I see! It has a muscat-like atmosphere.
There is a lingering aftertaste, but it is clean.
It was a very delicious sake! ぺっかーるIt's been a while since I've had an Ottersai.
It's still as delicious as ever!

It is said to be a limited edition sake that is only available once a year.

I ordered the "Hyakuban Selected Hidden Sake" on the menu.
Then Sharaku Black Label appeared!
It is fruity but mild and light.
It had a delicious lingering taste that lingered in your mouth.

I watched it for 4 days in a row (lol).
The dry Junmai Mimurosugi was so easy to drink and delicious!
I can't get enough of it! ぺっかーるWhat surprised me was "Tenshi".
It's from Kagoshima Prefecture!

It's been 2 months since the tempest.
I had no idea that the world of alcohol was so much fun! ぺっかーるWe had it at an izakaya (Japanese style bar)!
It was a restaurant with a wide variety of sake.
For the first time, I asked, "May I take your picture?" They gladly put a bottle of sake on the table!
They graciously put a bottle of sake on the table! Yay!
The Collage is of course delicious.
The aftertaste is clean.
The spiciness followed after that.
