Junmai-shu Yumetsukushi 100%⭐️⭐️⭐️
Rice polishing ratio 70%, Sake meter degree +3, Acidity 2.1
This sake has quite a strong acidity 😅.
Yume Tsukushi is the first sake rice we have ever encountered and the 121st rice we have ever tasted 🤗.

Special Junmai sake 100% Miyamanishiki⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Rice polishing ratio 60%, Sake degree +5, Acidity 1.7
A clear, dry sake.
Compared to the Junmai Ginjo-shu Izumihashi, it has the same Sake-ness, but this special junmai sake seems much drier.

Junmai Ginjo-shu Aya Yamadanishiki 100%⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Rice polishing ratio 58%, Sake degree +5, Acidity 1.4
Pressed in a bag, freshly stored
A consolation trip to Kowakudani, Hakone, given as a gift from my two daughters to commemorate the expiration of their salaried careers. We enjoyed hot springs, delicious food, and Kanagawa sake with our daughters' family🥰.
The sake was fragrant and since it was a freshly stored sake, I thought it was slightly dry, not as dry as the numbers 😋.
While having dinner at the hotel, I ordered a sake from the list of Kanagawa Prefecture's local sake, looking for my first encounter with a sake from the menu 🤗.
