ぶんずToday's accompaniment is Saga's Kiho Tsuru!
I had them selected at Nemoto Shoten in Makomanai.
It is delicious.
If it had a stronger flavor, it might be closer to my taste.
A little sweet, but...

Moderate gassiness
Slightly peachy top note
It has the same fruity aroma as the first sip, a full-bodied sweetness and soft rice flavor that spreads piquantly with a fine acidity, and a lingering sweet and sour aftertaste with a slight bitterness and a slight alcohol spiciness.
The aroma spreads in a fluffy and gorgeous way, and the balance between sweetness and umami is well balanced, and the wine is refreshing with a hint of gasiness. It goes well with meals and is of course delicious on its own.
The second day: no change in particular, and still delicious.
It went well with omelette Neapolitan.
It also matched well with Shima-san's recipe of salmon wrapped with potatoes and beurre blanc sauce, scallops stewed with Japanese pepper, grilled mino mushrooms, and boiled sausages. ヤスベェGood evening, Masaaki Sapporo-san 😀
I was very curious about Wakamusume's spring sake, and it looks like a nice spring-like sake 😀.
It may be winter outside, but it's springtime inside the room 😇. Masaaki SapporoYasubeyesan, I tried it because it had a good reputation and it was a good balance of neither heavy nor light ✨ In Sapporo, even in the middle of winter, it is warm inside the house and I can stay in a T-shirt 😁 Cherry blossoms, I put it in a room that I usually don't heat but it bloomed early 😅. ジェイ&ノビィHi Masaaki Sapporo 😃
Wakamusume! Such a beautiful picture of you 🥹It's going to be a 🥹 matchmaking photo 😆 I guess we're matching now 😅.
I've never had Kochira, but it definitely looks delicious 😋. Masaaki SapporoThank you Jay & Nobby! The first Wakamusume was delicious, even though it looks like a brewery that had a hard time getting it right 🍶I'm looking forward to day 2 and beyond ✨I'd love to try another one soon 😋. chichiMasaaki Sapporo, thank you 😊 Thanks to you, I found myself at 200 check-ins. lol I found Aizu Chusho at the Hankyu Department Store Umeda the other day and bought it without a second thought! I couldn't resist! Masaaki Sapporo8 items (Wife: 9 items)

Slightly sweet with a blue banana-like top note
The same mellow aroma, full sweetness, and full-bodied, robust rice flavor with a thin acidity and a hint of bitterness spread out with a zing, and a little bit of alcohol spiciness makes the wine finish crisp and clean while leaving a lingering rice flavor.
The sweetness is strong, but the richness of the Omachi-like rice, the bitterness in the latter half of the middle section, and the dryness of the alcohol do not bother me as much as it should.
This sake has a somewhat classical and sturdy impression,
It goes well with meals and is also delicious on its own.
It went well with fried Japanese pavilion, miso grilled mino, boiled isotsubu clams, fried oysters, and fried white meat.
It also went well with grilled Hokke.
It also went well with the Australian beef tataki and the pancake with kimchi on top. ジェイ&ノビィMasaakI Sapporo, good morning 😃.
I like the fact that Yui-san took this picture in Hokkaido, Japan 🤗The brown army on the table looks like a good fit 😋. Masaaki SapporoGood morning Jay & Nobby, I heard that you use Hokkaido brewing water at ⛄️ Sanzen Sakura Sake Brewery, so it is indeed a co-production 🍶 It has a rather robust taste, so it won't lose to the brown army 😁. When the bottle is opened, it pops.

Slightly sweet aroma of alcohol on top
Fruity aroma like red melon, soft sweetness, and full rice flavor spreads with moderate acidity and a mild bitterness, and it finishes quickly while retaining the aroma of rice.
It is rather mellow, but can be drunk neatly and is deeply delicious. The sweetness and aroma are soft, so it goes well with a meal or on its own.
On the second day, the alcoholic aroma has weakened and the mellowness has increased.
Went well with cod garlic pasta.
It also went well with bonito tataki and karaage.
I made my own moss awning for the cherry blossom bonsai for my Hanami Sake. I just cut a piece of wood, glued it together with glue, and varnished it. usiAbout 3,000 yen. Slightly firm feeling. ★3 RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
