A souvenir from Oita that I received a few months ago

While letting it come to room temperature, I got a classical impression.
The sweetness and umami gradually give way to spiciness.
Hmm? It's going to be rainy and cold tomorrow, so I think I'll try heating it up to lukewarm... 🍶I learned from Sake-no-wa that there's a way to drink it warmed up or cooled down.
