I was at Takatsuki Hankyu and tasted and bought it.
The rice is Wakamizu from Usuki.
I got the impression that the rice was from Aichi, but it's used at breweries in various regions.
Fruity and refreshing.
The second half is more sake-like and a little dry.
A little nutty.
A little bit of Earl Grey flavor.
I thought it tasted a little sweeter when I tasted it 🤔.
