Second bottle opened yesterday that I brought in. No.6️⃣This is so delicious and easy to drink that the three of us emptied it in no time😋. I bought a bottle but couldn't drink it. We couldn't bring ourselves to drink the 6⃣ though 💦. We also shared with the owner of the store and the lady who works there 😁. I got to celebrate my birthday with them 🎂(*ˊˋ) Taste... No bitterness and delicious 🎶. It tastes even better than when I drank it at Akita Kurasu (Akita station) 😳 Maybe it's mellowed out over time since I bought it😅 The pork miso soup they serve at this restaurant is delicious 😋.

The second sake brought in by a friend of Sake-no-Wa! The X-type was gone in no time when the three of us drank it together, so we opened a bottle of the next rare sake 🍶. This sake also had an indescribable fruity taste and light acidity! Since I drank it at Eiraku before, I can't wait to drink it again! I was so excited to encounter this rare sake, which is only available in Akita! We enjoyed a small party with the manager and the waitress! Well, thank you very much! extensive knowledge Shinmasa Sake Brewery is a sake brewery with a succession system. The head of the brewery is Ubei Sato. It is the highest quality sake on the market from Shinsei, and deserves to bear that name. The taste is one word: elegant.

Solid among the three species☺️. I bought some roasted bamboo shoots at the souvenir corner to go with it. Sake to be savored slowly and carefully 😽. I think it was about 1350 yen for 3 kinds of drinks. If you want to drink Shinmasa, you must come here❣️

It's mild and sweet. I drank it in a hurry. The day I opened it and today, 4 days later, I feel the mildness has increased. The rice polishing ratio is 25%. I always meet the last bottle of Niimasa sake ☺️.
