Second bottle opened yesterday that I brought in.
No.6️⃣This is so delicious and easy to drink that the three of us emptied it in no time😋.
I bought a bottle but couldn't drink it.
We couldn't bring ourselves to drink the 6⃣ though 💦.
We also shared with the owner of the store and the lady who works there 😁.

It tastes even better than when I drank it at Akita Kurasu (Akita station) 😳
Maybe it's mellowed out over time since I bought it😅

The X-type was gone in no time when the three of us drank it together, so we opened a bottle of the next rare sake 🍶.

Shinmasa Sake Brewery is a sake brewery with a succession system.
The head of the brewery is Ubei Sato. It is the highest quality sake on the market from Shinsei, and deserves to bear that name.
The taste is one word: elegant.
