Aged one year 🍶. A blend of Fukunoka x Yumenoka x Omachi✨. I don't really feel the sense of maturity, It has a mild and calm taste. Best served lukewarm 😋.

This is my first brand of sake: ❗️ A blend of Yumeko, Fukunoka and Omachi ‼️ I can't imagine what it tastes like🤔. No aroma, gentle taste but you can feel the richness as it passes down your throat❗️ It has no particular quirks and has a cohesive taste. I enjoyed drinking it 😊.

I was called to work in Tokyo. I don't like cities. The National Diet building is beautiful with gingko trees in full color. I was surprised that it didn't smell like ginkgo. It is as expected. I went to a restaurant whose name I remember for the first time in a long time. There are a lot of gingko nuts, so I chose the ones I don't think I would buy by myself. Oh, it's full and sweet. It has a nice sharpness👍It has a nice Fukushima feel to it.

I am a fan of Mine no Yuki's old sake, but bought this one from the summer sake lineup. It was a delicious sake with a crisp and ricey taste. I think it would be delicious heated, but I prefer it cold this time of year.

Dry for Aizu? Even though it is a summer sake? Even though it's a draft sake? Some sort of tanginess? Sourness? Sourness? But it is a strange sake that is drinkable. It is a strange sake that can be drunk more than other sake despite its 15% alcohol content.

This is my first time at Yamatoya Zennai. I had it with cold sake 🍶. The first aroma is a slightly gorgeous sweet aroma. It has a rich, juicy, sweet and umami flavor in the mouth. It was quite tasty and worth drinking 🍶✨️

☀️ Sweet and full-bodied flavor. Not too strong, not too light. Overall, it's a little on the refreshing side 😄. A sweet collaboration when combined with saikyo-yaki cod ☺️ It brings out the flavor of the fish 🐟.
