Finally, I was able to conquer the sake breweries in my hometown, Toyama Prefecture.

The last sake brewery is the oldest in Toyama Prefecture.
Hayashi is brewed by Hideki Hayashi, the toji who trained at my favorite Kamikigen in Yamagata.
It is a sake with a strong umami flavor.
I personally fell in love with it.
I can't put it into words.
It is truly delicious.

It has a cohesive taste, and the mouthful of this sake was so good that I could feel the sweetness and spiciness spreading in my mouth.
