Hayashi is a delicious wine, isn't it? It has a good balance of umami and acidity, and you don't get tired of drinking it.
I would like to compare it with rice.
Third day of Hokuriku support tour. Continued at Daigo-san.
Hayashi. We went to Hayashi Sake Brewery in Uozu City on the first day for a Toyama sake that we wanted to try. Hayashi Brewery didn't have it, so I was glad to be able to drink it~.
7/10
I was a bit surprised to find that there are not many bars in Tokyo that serve Hayashi.
And it's a draft sake.
It has a slightly fruity flavor added to the dryness typical of Gohyakumangoku, and it slides down the throat pleasantly.
It may be simply because it is my favorite genre of sake, but Hayashi is delicious.
The fish at this restaurant is delicious, which is also good!
The third cup of the winner. The aroma of muscat is very strong. We enjoy it slowly with various foods such as amaebi (sweet shrimp), sakura-masu trout, and seared nodoguro (a type of tuna). Polishing ratio 55%, alcohol 16%.
