￣∇￣* Isuzu🍶🍶🍶🍶 This is a sake from our neighboring prefecture of Toyama✨. The aroma is quite mild, but when you put it in your mouth, the acidity comes from the soft rice flavor, and then it quickly kicks in, like a well-balanced and delicious sake😊.

The aroma is subdued. ❗️ The taste is very umami 👍. The aftertaste is clean and you won't get tired of drinking it. It's a sake that you can keep drinking 😅. It's not a modern taste, but it's a perfect food sake type 😅❗️ I paired it with my favorite mackerel sushi from Kyoto. It went great with my favorite mackerel sushi from Kyoto 👍. No wonder it is popular in restaurants in Tokyo these days. ❗️

A friend of mine said that if he had come all the way to Toyama, he would have had a variety of both Katsikoma and Haneya, but Hayashi had never had them. We compared two types of sake rice, Gohyakumangoku and Dewanosato. Both were to his liking, but the Dewa-no-sato was more acidic and better. I recommended it to him and told him that Koyama Shoten also sold it 😄.

It is a favorite sake with a good balance of rice sweetness, acidity, and umami! It has a fruity mouthfeel but also a strong sake flavor, and the aftertaste is clean and refreshing, as is typical of Ihyakumangoku! This is my most recommended sake at the moment 😊. I wish there was a four-pack bottle!

We went to Toyama to enjoy delicious fish and sake! Hayashi" is a sake that is only available in one bottle and is not easily found outside of Toyama Prefecture. It was an easy to drink sake that did not disturb the accompaniments!
