未曾有Hayashi" is a new brand of Hayashi Shuzo, a famous sake brewery in Kurobe Gorge. The kappo (Japanese cooking) chef recommended it to me, and it was very tasty.

ことりHayashi...I had been curious about it, but all I could find at sake stores were bottles of it. Since I had come across it, I asked for this one for my first drink. It has a rich malty and fruity aroma. As soon as you drink it, you can taste the sweet and sour taste. I could feel steamed rice and koji mold. It is a little thick, and the umami spreads gradually with a clean aftertaste. Hot soba noodles with duck soup 😋. The master gave us an extra serving of rustic soba noodles! Yay, two kinds of soba!

キラタソGood evening, first series here 💁 from Toyama. Hayashi Jungin Gohyakumangoku Nama 2022BY✨✨✨✨ I'm sorry I let this one sit for a year on draft again 😞😞😞😞. It's just that when you open the bottle, there's a nice gassing sound. As soon as I pour it into the glass, I get the impression that the juicy aroma of green apple and pear with a hint of maturity adds complexity. ☺️ The taste changes from an attack of fresh juice with acidity to a dry alcohol-derived flavor that tingles on the nose. The finish has a lingering mature, full flavor that I think is great as a food wine 😋😋😋😋.
