Sake sold only in the town of Iwanai, Hokkaido.
Looks clear (slightly yellow?) The taste is clean, but the rice flavor (a bit like steamed rice) is strong. The mouthfeel is clean, but the taste has a strong sense of rice (a little like steamed rice).
There is no fruity taste, and the alcohol content is quite strong, so it is not in the category that strikes my personal taste buds.

When chilled, it has a strange taste, mellow and acidic. Delicious.

This is a very unusual sake that we received. It is Junmai Ginjo Bisen by Tanaka Shuzo. It is a harmony of Tomakomai City tap water and comet from Atsuma. This sake is sold exclusively in Tomakomai City. It is a delicious sake with a good ginjo aroma and a rich flavor.

I saw this sake at the roadside station Utonai-ko and was curious about it.
I was thinking that there is no sake brewery in Tomakomai and they don't even produce rice...but I didn't realize it was water.
