It's been a long time since I've had sake.
Sake made from local sake rice.
It was a delicious sake with sake-like taste.

I get drunk 🥴.
高気圧ボーイFirst time tasting it.
Not the current fashionable sweet and sour.
Dark classic dark sweet and dark sour.
おやじぃThis is a very unusual sake that we received. It is Junmai Ginjo Bisen by Tanaka Shuzo. It is a harmony of Tomakomai City tap water and comet from Atsuma. This sake is sold exclusively in Tomakomai City. It is a delicious sake with a good ginjo aroma and a rich flavor. ないるHi Oyaji, nice to meet you.
Thank you for your continued ♥️.
I saw this sake at the roadside station Utonai-ko and was curious about it.
I was thinking that there is no sake brewery in Tomakomai and they don't even produce rice...but I didn't realize it was water. おやじぃGood evening, Nairu-san. Yes, it is! Tomakomai tap water sake, delicious 🍶🎶. TKSAged Junmai sake.
I couldn't find it on the brewer's website, probably because it is a limited edition sake.

Junmai Ginjo.
The aroma has just the right attack and rounded spread on the palate, followed by a bit of spiciness and an aftertaste that is not too harsh nor too refreshing. お猿と狸It's Tanaka Shuzo from Otaru City in Hokkaido, Japan, and if you think the label is unfamiliar, it's 、、、、 Eisen, a sake that has been revived after almost half a century.
It's a Junmai Ginjo with a masculine profile and umami flavor that is refreshingly dry.
It's easy to pair with a variety of foods as a gourmet sake.
Sakaeizumi was produced by Rishiri Shuzo (1932-73), which was the only sake brewery on Rishiri Island. The brand was popular because it used "Amaurosensui," spring water from Rishiri Fuji Town, which was selected as one of the 100 best waters in Japan. This time, Supres (Sapporo), a company that supports the management of hometown taxation, has revived Eizumi by commissioning Tanaka Shuzo to produce it.
北海道_英傑We went to Otaru today, so we went to Tanaka Shuzo.
Otaru Takaragawa" for the dry taste.
Nice dry taste!
Today's dish was the first saury!
It was also delicious!
It's autumn! sk-hugoThis is another sake from Otaru Tanaka Shuzo, following the Takaragawa we drank yesterday. It's still very clear and light. It seems to be similar to the Kokushi Muso sake from Takasago Shuzo. KimikoIt feels a little tangy when you put it down. When you drink it, the good smell of sake from the nose and the sweet and sour taste on the tongue are the best. coffeePurchased in Hokkaido one year ago. 柏餅It was a gift.
It has a sweet aroma but a strong taste.
It's a beautiful drink that goes on its own. RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
