First of all, the name is good, isn't it? It's a gale, a fresh and invigorating feeling, isn't it?
Actually, the more I drank, the more I wondered how to describe it. I was wondering how to describe it as I drank more and more, and then I ran out. It's not the image of a winter sake kid, it's not fresh all the way through, but I felt the freshness including the sourness and bitterness.
