Third cup, Nichiei, a brand I've never heard of before. It has a yellowish color, sourness and peculiar taste, similar to Tamagawa 🤔. It might be good if it is heated up, All three were delicious. I've been drunk since the beginning of the trip lol.

Sake Marche Week 4. more unique aroma in Hyakumangoku No Shiro sake. A gorgeous Daiginjo-style aroma to a hint of vanilla-like sweetness. The sweetness of fig pizza is enhanced.

Kanazawa Trip Purchases ①. All Ishikawa's local sake made with 100% Hyakumangoku No Shiro, sweet vanilla-like flavor 🌿. The flavor changes so much with temperature. Imagine it changing more and more as you drink it 👀🌟. I really enjoyed that! When it's cold, it's crisp and light. When it is cold, it is crisp and light, but as the temperature rises, the aroma and sweetness come out more and more, which is amazing! I felt the fullness that is typical of Junmai, and I personally prefer this one: ♥️
