Third cup, Nichiei, a brand I've never heard of before.
It has a yellowish color, sourness and peculiar taste, similar to Tamagawa 🤔.
It might be good if it is heated up,
All three were delicious. I've been drunk since the beginning of the trip lol.
Sake Marche Week 4. more unique aroma in Hyakumangoku No Shiro sake. A gorgeous Daiginjo-style aroma to a hint of vanilla-like sweetness. The sweetness of fig pizza is enhanced.
Please excuse me here as well! I actually can't forget this sake... 😌 lol I am planning another trip to Ishikawa this winter and would love to buy it. It's a very memorable scent, isn't it? Very vanilla🌿!
Kanazawa Trip Purchases ①.
All Ishikawa's local sake made with 100% Hyakumangoku No Shiro, sweet vanilla-like flavor 🌿.
The flavor changes so much with temperature.
Imagine it changing more and more as you drink it 👀🌟.
I really enjoyed that!
When it's cold, it's crisp and light.
When it is cold, it is crisp and light, but as the temperature rises, the aroma and sweetness come out more and more, which is amazing!
I felt the fullness that is typical of Junmai, and I personally prefer this one: ♥️
Nice to meet you, chiaki, and thank you for appreciating a sake made from local sake rice, and that it IS sake. I feel this sake has a lot of potential for Japanese sake.
Nice to meet you WOM✨It was very tasty! I really enjoyed how the slight change in temperature changed the drink more and more. It's rare to find a sake that changes so much! I can't wait to drink it again 🥰.
Good evening, chiaki🌛.
I'm next door, but I've never seen "Nichiei" before 😲.
I'll have to go and study up on this one 😁.
[The "Otsukimi cup" is also a nice one 🥰 I'm sure the luxury of drinking from my favorite sake cups will make my sake more enjoyable 🍶.
Hi Jive, ☀️ was the first choice of a local liquor store. The difference in temperature is very enjoyable, so please give it a try 🥰The vanilla-like flavor is good too!
The modest aroma does not betray expectations, and the mouthfeel is tight, with the full flavor of the rice dominating the palate. The mellow impression lasts until it goes down the throat, leaving a gentle aftertaste. This is a gem that is gentle yet has a clear presence.
It was a gift, but it is a sake that was entered in a sake competition. Yamada Nishiki. It is as expected. It is clear, fruity, and easy to drink. We drank it on New Year's Day.
