AKIRA Organic Junmai Sake. We received this as a Happy New Year gift. Your business, and I look forward to working with you this year! I had never heard of organic junmai sake before. I have never heard of organic junmai sake before, so I guess it must be the sake rice that they are particular about. I thought the taste was quite peculiar. I wonder if it would be better hot-warmed? It has a heavy richness and a peculiar aroma, and I may not be ready for it yet. Here is a reminder.
