I'm at my new place today! We had a glass of local sake at the busi-hotel to pray for a new start👍. The mouthfeel is surprisingly soft and the flavor in the mouth is like custard cream or banana au lait! The texture is also soft on the tongue. I think I may have never tasted such a soft sake! And there is a mushroom-like taste in the aftertaste. There was also a sake from my new job, but I didn't dare to drink it. I'll leave it for the future 😌.

Opened March 6, 2024 Purchased at Kofu station The sweetness of traditional sake ^ ^. I drank it cold, but I bet it would be great warmed up 🍶. I really like the softness of the sake and the lack of smell ^ ^. Maybe it's because I had horse meat as a snack, but w🎠.

New Year's Eve will be spent at a hot spring hotel in Yamanashi, ♨️🍶We will have local sake from Yamanashi! Kaoru-shu. It is a junmai sake with a gorgeous aroma and a sharp taste. It goes really well with a strong flavored meal. It seems to mellow out when heated.

This is probably my first time drinking Yamanashi sake. It is easy to drink but has a rich and pleasant taste.

The clerk told me that the distributors are limited. The price is not bad for a bottle of TANI-ZAKURA at around 2,500 yen per bottle, but for a ginjo-nama sake, it is not very good and has no special characteristics. I felt that the brewery needs to make it more distinctive.
