Sake (2) that I received as a birthday present. They use Fuji cherry blossom yeast collected from cherry blossoms in Yamanashi Prefecture. According to the official SNS of the brewery, orders exceeded expectations, so it seems to be sold out, and the next batch will be released in late February or early March. It has a slightly grain-like aroma on the nose. It has a clean and light aroma, and the spiciness doesn't bother me too much. The final aftertaste is cherry-like. I really like flower yeast sake 😆. I wish it was a little sweeter though!
