I'm at my new place today! We had a glass of local sake at the busi-hotel to pray for a new start👍. The mouthfeel is surprisingly soft and the flavor in the mouth is like custard cream or banana au lait! The texture is also soft on the tongue. I think I may have never tasted such a soft sake! And there is a mushroom-like taste in the aftertaste. There was also a sake from my new job, but I didn't dare to drink it. I'll leave it for the future 😌.

The clerk told me that the distributors are limited. The price is not bad for a bottle of TANI-ZAKURA at around 2,500 yen per bottle, but for a ginjo-nama sake, it is not very good and has no special characteristics. I felt that the brewery needs to make it more distinctive.

Tanizakura's active draft sake. There is a vent hole in the crown, but it is not that fizzy. For a nigori sake, it is clear and dry, and goes well with tempura of wild vegetables.

Tanizakura Little aroma. Rice. Soft sweetness. Slightly sweet. A faint aroma of aging? Not impressive. Sakura Mori A cup of sake that tastes good warmed up. Lactic acid type. Try mixing it with dashi (Japanese soup stock). Although it is a small brewery, they also have an interesting and rare sake called sweet potato sake (not shochu) and sweets.
