Junmai Ginjo TANI SAKURA, Summer Junmai Ginjo TANI SAKURA, Nama Storage, Hokuto City, Yamanashi Prefecture
A summer sake from a local brewery in Hokuto City, Yamanashi Prefecture.
It is really summery, crisp and dry, and I drank it cooled.
Event.
I attended "Sake Fair 2024" 😀 .
The venue is the Cultural Hall of Sunshine City in Ikebukuro.
You get a wristband and an inokuchi at the entrance, then you can drink all the sake you want from 45 prefectures for 3 hours 😊.
I will CI the sake 🍶 that I was able to leave notes on: ❗️
Sake.
The white bottle.
The color is clear.
Tastes like sweet peach🍑, mild on the palate, with some ginjo aroma.
A sake with a gentle taste🍶☺️
Good morning, Hiro-san. ☀️
I see you were at the Sake Fair: ❣️
I was there too 😄♪ It's a paradise for sake drinkers 😆 I drank too much the first time I attended 😅It's an event I look forward to every year ♫
Hi Tsubu, ☀️
It was my first time attending 😆.
There were so many different kinds of drinks that if you're not careful you can drink too much 😱.
I was pretty much done by the time I left the venue 🤣.
I'll have to attend next year 💪.
Good evening, Hiro 😃.
After the sake festa in Utsunomiya, the sake fair here was a near miss with Tochigi Kenmin Kai, wasn't it? Paradise😇We'd love to go there too, but it's definitely going to go down~ 😵💫
Good evening, Jay & Nobby 🌙.
Yes 😄.
We didn't meet you, but it seems that people from Tochigi Prefectural Association were there too 😆.
I think I might end up drinking without limit 😁.
Dangerous event 🤣.
Yamanashi Hokuto City TANI-Sakura Sake Brewing Honjozo Nama-Shu TANI-Sakura Shiboritate
The aroma is weak, but the taste is strong and sweet.
The aftertaste is soft and gentle.
I bought it as a souvenir when I went to Yamanashi.
I bought a bottle of sake from the "Kai no Jishu no Mimamabe" set
I bought it as a souvenir when I went to Yamanashi.
It's almost gorgeous and fruity! It tastes better chilled!
Opened March 6, 2024
Purchased at Kofu station
The sweetness of traditional sake ^ ^.
I drank it cold, but I bet it would be great warmed up 🍶.
I really like the softness of the sake and the lack of smell ^ ^.
Maybe it's because I had horse meat as a snack, but w🎠.
New Year's Eve will be spent at a hot spring hotel in Yamanashi, ♨️🍶We will have local sake from Yamanashi!
Kaoru-shu. It is a junmai sake with a gorgeous aroma and a sharp taste. It goes really well with a strong flavored meal. It seems to mellow out when heated.
