Rice : grown in Aomori
Very light on the palate!
Surprise!
But I also thought it was lacking in flavor.
However, about a week after I opened it, the flavor started to increase, and it was light, with a slight umami taste.
I bought this as a congratulatory gift for myself because I passed the 3rd level of the sake test.
Appearance
Very pale yellow, almost transparent
Aroma
Medium
Sweetness of rice? Not as strong as expected.
The aroma is rather sour.
Taste
(Room temperature)
The texture is light.
At first a syrupy sweetness, followed by a weak but tingling alcohol.
Very little or no acidity.
The sweetness is more refreshing than I expected, and it can be drunk without being on the rocks.
The aftertaste is stimulated by the alcohol, but it is not strong, and one bottle of 200ml can be drunk quickly.
I dared to pair it with sweet snacks (cookies and chocolate), but the sweetness of the snacks overpowered the bitterness of the alcohol.
Personally, I like it.
(*I have a big sweet tooth, so it may be hard for those who don't like sweet things)

It is sold only at Ebina Sake Store, Kameya Sake Store, Sake no Kasai, Sake no Takahashi, Sake no Nakamura, Sekitaro Shoten, and Yamagata Shoten. Nana no Kai
This is a very rare sake sold only in 7 shops.
Not only is it rare, but it's also very tasty and delicious.
It's easy to drink on its own, but it also goes well with Namban Miso (cucumber paste) from the event set.
Beautiful taste and very tasty!
Sweet, maybe.
As you would expect, it says "Magokoro Sake" on the label. lol
It goes well with salted grilled Hokke and cold tofu!
It's the best one ✨.
I want to drink it again!

The last day of the trip to Tohoku and Hokkaido
Sweet, like honey 🍯. I'm not sure if it's a good sake for a meal, but I don't mind it 😅I'd drink it before or after a meal.

Try something called "noble sake" d(˙ ˙ ˙ *)
It's sweet like honey 🐝⋆゜!
I heard from the owner that it is as sweet as honey!
It's sweet🥰, but it's very thick Σ(°д°no)ノ!
It cost about 2000 yen for 200ml.
I can't buy it often....
Don't lose, Aomori! is one of them. I don't feel like I'm losing when I drink it (lol).
I heard that it is produced by the same brewery as Shichiriki. I thought it would be a bit spicy because it has a sake content of +5, but it's not, and the refreshing taste is outstanding.
It is also easy to drink and good.
