Hinatsu no Koi Junmai Ginjo
The label is inconspicuous but has a nice white heart 🤍 that also dances on it.
When the temperature is low, it is hard and alcohol-like.
As the temperature rises, the sweetness becomes stronger and the flavor is fuller.
It finishes nicely and is indeed the "ultimate food sake.
We were able to keep some of the flavor, so we are looking forward to seeing how it changes on the second day and beyond.
