It was hot today 💦 followed by a summer love affair. This is the first Atago pine tree. The aroma is vanilla-like, though it is vague due to drunkenness. It has a sweet and sour taste on the palate with a spicy and astringent taste in the latter half. I think it is easy to match as a food sake. Delicious✨
